Refund policy

Returns/refunds: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of order placement. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please contact lisa@forwardbyl.com to begin the returns process. Expenses incurred to ship returns are the responsibility of the customer.
